What You'll Learn in Level 1 Facilitator Training

In Level 1 training, you’ll master the foundational skills to effectively use Inside Cards® in both individual and group settings. The hands-on, interactive format ensures you gain practical experience to apply immediately.

During Level 1, you will:

• Learn the core concepts and values of Inside Cards®.
• Master the 3-step process for facilitating card activities.
• Use Inside Cards® for icebreaking, bonding, and warm-up activities to engage participants.
• Facilitate self-exploration workshops and simple one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Discover the "Supreme Activity – Microfilm," a unique method for creating life journeys with Inside Cards®.
• Integrate Inside Cards® with other methodologies, such as Positive Psychology and Appreciative Team Building.

Certification: Upon completion, you’ll receive the Inside Cards Certified Facilitator Level 1 (!CF1) certificate from ACF and Cambridge International College (UK).

What’s Next? Level 2 Certification

Level 2 training expands your skills to lead deeper workshops, design process frameworks, and facilitate a broader range of applications. You’ll explore:

• The INSIDE 3-stage methodology (IN + SI + DE).
• Advanced card activities for personal growth and business applications.
